Land in the <br /> County is filtered through, these locational criteria which are de- <br /> signed to facilitate the evaluation of certain locations for they <br /> suitability to contain the various land uses. The set of locational <br /> criteria includes: land slope, hydrology, flora and fauna, soil con- <br /> ditions, public services/utilities, transportation system, energy use, <br /> existing land use, agriculture and forestry, population density, and <br /> historic and cultural features. <br /> 14 <br />
