REFERENCE: CK-7, Buckhorn <br /> LOCATION: Buckhorn Road (SR 1114) and Mt. Willing Road (SR 1120) <br /> PLAN CATEGORY: Rural Neighborhood <br /> ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION: This node is located at the intersection of two <br /> collectors. There are no environmental constraints caused by the presence <br /> of sensitive lands. The node is located within the Seven Mile Creek water- <br /> shed. Existing land uses consist of single-family houses. This node is <br /> not now served by water and sewer lines and should not be served during <br /> the tire horizon of the Plan. As this area is now residential in charac- <br /> ter, the introduction of a new commercial use (which should be limited to <br /> one small store) should be accomplished in way so as to not disrupt the <br /> surrounding residential area. It is unlikely that such a store will be <br /> needed here before the later phase of the Land Use Plan. <br /> 1 pn <br />
