Review and Comment on DoA Budget narrative for the New Fiscal <br /> Year July 1 , 1981 - June 30, 1082 - Mr. Passmore summarized <br /> the budget information distributed to Board members present. Mr. Passmore <br /> commented that basically all programs were remaining the same as last <br /> year. The RSVP program was attached, but not included in this budget <br /> issue since the matter of RSVP Will be a decision of the County Commissiooer <br /> Mr. Passmore called for the pleasure of the Board in respect to submitting <br /> the budget as prepared and possible eliminations if required. Mr. Kenyon <br /> moved to submit the budget as is to the County Manager, Seconded by <br /> Gloria Williams. Carried. <br /> Item 6. Focal Point Designation of Facilities in Orange County - <br /> Issue postponed to next meeting. <br /> Item 7. Directors Report 7 Mr. Passmore briefly summarized items as <br /> listed in agendn. He stated that the Board would have to make a decision <br /> on the the transfer of funds to renovate part of the DoA office in the <br /> Multipurpose Center and cover the deficit in the Homemaker-Home Health <br /> Aide Travel at its next meeting. <br /> Adjourned 12;01 p.m. The next Board meeting will be held May 14, 7981 <br /> at the Mental Health Center in Chapel Hill . <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Jerry M.
