Eugenia Roland <br /> Mr. Passmore, Acting Chairman , Called the meeting to order, recognizing <br /> members present.Mr. McKerrow moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> March 12 , 1981 meeting , seconded by Gloria Williams. Carried, <br /> Item 3. Action on Relocation of the Cha,el hll DoA office Jul. 1st) <br /> to the Chapel Hill Multipurpose Center - Mr. McKerrow moved <br /> recommendation to relocate the Carr Mill office to the Chapel Hill Multi- <br /> . purpose Center effective July 1 , or earlier if required, seconded by <br /> --' <br /> Gloria Williams . Ms. Williams stated in view of past discussions <br /> of the group studying the move of the office to the Multipurpose Center, <br /> the group was moving toward the establishment of a Southern Orange <br /> Senior Center at the Multipurpose center. Ms. Williams added she would <br /> like this concept included in this motion. Mr. McKerrow stated that <br /> he would not want this board at this time to locate the Southern Orange <br /> . <br /> Senior Center at the Multipurpose oenter, Ms Williams amended the <br /> , <br /> motion on the floor adding - and attempt to use the facilities to evaluate <br /> the possibility of a Southern Orange Senior Center on a trial basis . <br /> Hr. McKerrow accepted the ammendment, Carried. Motion Carried. <br /> Item 4, Review and Approve the revised draft of Operational ByLaws <br /> for the Orange County Senior Citizens Board - Postponed issue <br /> to next meeting. <br />
