We now h ave in hand r' residents of Morgan an C <br /> reek Hills <br /> to have their property added f� �tha South Orange Fire District. <br /> To proceed with this addition we need: <br /> } <br /> (A) Unanimous recommendation in writing of the fire protection <br /> commissioner. <br /> (8) Approval of the majority of the Board of Directors of the <br /> organization furnishing fire protection (Carrboro Aldermen). <br /> (C) Approval of the Board of County Commissioners, <br /> (D\ A Public Meeting (Hearing) before the County Commissioners <br /> ' withlat least 16 days notice being given in the newspaper. <br /> In order to move forward with this process the Board of Commissioners <br /> should name Trustees of the South Orange Fire District as soon as practical. <br /> A similar petition is circulating in Heritage Hills and should be <br /> filed in the not too distant future. <br /> — <br /> • <br /> „=�m�.^ ,' - <br />
