On July 1
all Capital Equipment items were frozen pending opening of Jail Bids.
However, those agencies that had CRT's deleted from their budgets were
not notified. When Capital was unfrozen this Spring these agencies
requested the Purchasing Agent proceed with acquisition. After calling
for bids Mark Rees found these items had been deleted from the approved
equipment list. The departments are now asking the Board to approve a
transfer from operations to Capital:
Board of Elections 1 Unit
• Revenue 1 Unit
Personnel 1 Unit
Purchasing 1 Unit
Register of Deeds 2 Units
Public Health 1 Unit
| '
Data Processing l Unit '
Planning 1 Unit
CRT's bought individually cost $2,600 each.
