• <br /> 7.16,2 Permitted Principal Uses And Structures <br /> Permitted Principal and accessory uses and structures <br /> shall be according to Article 4, as set forth for the <br /> 0I-I districts. <br /> 7.16.3 Permitted Intensity Of Development <br /> The requirements and limitations that apply within <br /> ?D-0I districts are established in Article 5 and Article <br /> 6. <br /> 7.16.4 Height Limitations <br /> Height limitations within PD-01 districts shall be as <br /> established in Article S and Subsection 6.2 <br /> 7.16.5 Setbacks Ra.uired Adjacent To Residential Districts <br /> Where PD-0/ districts adjoin residential districts <br /> without an intervening street or alley, a setback at <br /> least twenty feet in width, if a rear yard shall be <br /> provided along such joint boundary. <br /> Setbacks required above shall not be used for parking <br /> nor shall they be used for driveways serving five or <br /> more parking spaces. <br /> 7.16.6 Site Plannin% <br /> a) External Relationships <br /> Relation of the district to surrounding areas shall be <br /> as provided for PDH districts at Section 7.14.3 External <br /> Relationships; Subsection (1) Principal Vehicular Access <br /> Points; Subsection (2) Access for Pedestrians and Cyclists; <br /> Subsection (3) Protection of Visibility; Subsection (4) <br /> External Yards, Subsection (5) Yards, Fences, Walls or <br /> Vegetative Screening; <br /> Location of Uses in Relation To Adjoining Residential <br /> Districts. Where a PD-0I district adjoins any residential <br /> district, with or without an intervening street or alley <br /> to the maximum extent reasonably practicable nonresidential <br /> uses and signs shall be located or oriented away from the <br /> residential district. <br /> 7-26 <br />
