7.15.4 Permitted Principal And Accessory Uses And Structures <br /> The principal and accessory uses and structures permitted <br /> in PD-C districts are subject to the limitations and <br /> requirements set forth. "rements <br /> An area equal to at least .20 times the net land area <br /> of the district shall be reserved for pedestrian use <br /> and landscaping, and shall be improved and maintained <br /> accordingly. Such area may include covered malls for <br /> general pedestrian use, exterior walkways, play areas <br /> for children, outdoor seating areas and the like where <br /> the facilities are available for common use by tenants <br /> and visitors.
