7.15.4 Permitted Principal And Accessory Uses And Structures <br /> The principal and accessory uses and structures permitted <br /> in PD-C districts are subject to the limitations and <br /> requirements set forth. PD-C rezoning may be denied if <br /> a proposed center does 66t provide a sufficient range <br /> of establishments to provide for the general needs of <br /> the trade area proposed to be served, <br /> a) PD-C(L) Districts <br /> Permitted Principal and accessory uses and structures <br /> in the PD-C(L) districts shall be as set forth in Article <br /> 4 for the Local Commercial I District <br /> b) PD-C(N) Districts <br /> Permitted principal and accessory uses and structures <br /> in the PD-C(N) districts shall be as set forth in <br /> Article 4 for the Neighborhood Commercial II District. <br /> c) PD-C(C) Districts <br /> Permitted principal and accessory uses and structures <br /> in the PD-C(C) dOihailhall be as set forth in <br /> Article 4 for th ommercial.III District. <br /> d) PD-G(G) Districts <br /> Permitted principal and accessory uses and structures <br /> in the PD-C(G) districts shall be as set forth in <br /> Article 4 for the General Commercial IV District <br /> 7.15.5 tieight Limitations <br /> Maximum height of buildings shall be as set forth in <br /> Article 5 and Article 6.21 <br /> 7.15.6 Pedestrian And Landscaeed Common Area R-. "rements <br /> An area equal to at least .20 times the net land area <br /> of the district shall be reserved for pedestrian use <br /> and landscaping, and shall be improved and maintained <br /> accordingly. Such area may include covered malls for <br /> general pedestrian use, exterior walkways, play areas <br /> for children, outdoor seating areas and the like where <br /> the facilities are available for common use by tenants <br /> and visitors.
