The Staff feels <br /> that the Planning Board should keep separate the consideration of <br /> prezoning land and the adoption/extension of the ordinance. After <br /> the ordinance is in place, requests for changes could be more <br /> appropriately considered. <br /> Specifically, the requests include: <br /> 1 - The land around the proposed Midway Airport/Ernest <br /> Crawford on highway 54 <br /> 2 - Historic renovation at Oaks in Bingham Township <br /> 3 - Monitor, Inc. on highway 54 <br /> 4 - OWASA site on highway 54 <br /> 5 - Nello L. Teer Co. asphalt plant off highway 54 on 1104 <br /> 6 - American Stone - Special Use Permit <br /> 7 - Fred Cates apartments on Orange Grove Rd. <br /> 8 - MDK Industries on Dodson's X-Read in Bingham Township <br /> /sw . <br />
