Kizer seconded. Motion passed <br /> with 5 in favor Irvin, Cleary, Kizer, Shanklin, Lunsford and <br /> 1 abstained Wilson. <br /> Article 23 <br /> Dr. Irvin moved acceptance of this article. Wilson seconded <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Article 24 <br /> The Board approved Section 6.22 as written in the memo to <br /> the County Commissioners dated 4/30/81. Kizer moved. Cleary <br /> seconded.
