1-14 kwUlltilL.L .LkJ41=1. <br /> April 30, 1981 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 8.8.4 Oro is Care Facility (Class B .-cial Use) <br /> 8.8.4.1 Additional Information <br /> In addition to the information required by Subsection 8.2 and <br /> 8.8.1.1 the following shall be supplied as part of the applical <br /> a) A description of the type of persons to be cared for and <br /> the nature of the care to be provided. <br /> b) If structural alterations to existing structures or new <br /> construction is required, a complete description of the <br /> nature and extend of these alterations or new construction. <br /> 8.8.4.2 Standards of Evaluation <br /> The following standards shall be used in deciding an applicatio <br /> for approval of this use: <br /> a) The proposed use is not within 500 feet of another existing <br /> Family Care Facility or Group Care Facility. <br /> b) Structural alterations shall be of such a nature as to <br /> preserve the residential character of the building. <br /> c) If a state license or permit is required to operate such a <br /> facility, the standards necessary to qualify for such a <br /> permit have been met. <br /> 8. 8.8.8 General Aviation Ports STOL And Heliports (Class A P-cial <br /> 8.8.8.1 Additional Information <br /> In addition for the information required in Subsection 8.2 <br /> and 8.8.1.1, the following shall be submitted as part of the <br /> application. <br /> a) A configuration diagram depicting the layout of runways, <br /> taxiways, approach zones and overrun areas. These diagrams <br /> should also be over laid an aerial photographs that show the <br /> area within 5 miles of the proposed site. <br /> b) Isosonic contours showing the effects of aircraft operations <br /> upon land within one mile of the boundary of the proposed site. <br /> c) The number and type of aircraft proposed to be stored including <br /> also the storage areas for aircraft, fuel and motor vehicles, <br /> service areas for aircraft. <br /> d) How on site fire and rescue services shall be provided and a <br /> letter from the appropriate agency stating services are <br /> available and adequate to protect the proposed facility. <br /> e) List land uses within the final approach areas of the airport. <br /> 8.8.8.2 Standards of Evaluation <br /> g) r - _ <br />
