The <br /> storage area shall not exceed 1,000 square feet. The setback <br /> from the side and rear property lines shall be the same as <br /> for an accessory building for use as a home occupation. <br /> 5. BONUSES FOR LOWER-INCOME HOUSING <br /> 6.22 Bonus Intensities For Lower-Income Housing <br /> 6.22.1 Intent <br /> In order to provide for the availability of affordable housing <br /> to all segments of the population it is intended that the bonus <br /> intensities established in _Article 5.2.1 provide incentive for <br /> the development of lower-incame housing. It is further intended <br /> that such bonus intensities be used to promote economically <br /> mixed housing developments and to contribute to the provision <br /> of a range of housing type fbelower-incane households. <br /> g) The accessory building shall be adequately screened fran view <br /> of the road and adjacent property by a densely planted, ever- <br /> green shrub or trees. <br /> 6.22.2 Applicability <br /> The PD-2 intensity regulations established in Subsection 5.1.1 <br /> may be applied to any group housing development or planned <br /> development which shall ensure that at least 10% of the total <br /> residential floor area of the development is contained in <br /> dwelling units for which an agreement has been executed between <br /> the developer and the Federal Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development (HUD) in accord with HUD's Section 8 new construction, <br /> substantial rehabilitation programs, or public housing or has <br /> been executed with the Chapel Hill Housing Authority or the <br /> Orange County Housing Authority. <br /> 6, 8.8.1.2 The Formula For Measuring Vibration Has Been Changed. <br /> 7. 8.8.4 Family Care Facilities have been made a use by right in <br /> residential districts. <br /> The definition and standards for group care faciltties have <br /> been changed. <br />
