M. Mayse <br /> Estate be added to the agenda for the May 5, 1981 meeting. <br /> Kizer moved approval of this addition. Cleary seconded and <br /> the motion carried unanimously. <br /> Item #2 Approval of the minutes of the April 21, 1981 meeting. <br /> Kizer moved for approval of the minutes as written. <br /> Shanklin seconded and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> Item #3 Sedgefield Subdivision, Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 <br /> Steve Wilson and J.P. Goforth were present to answer <br /> any questions Than the Board. <br /> Kirk presented Sedgefield to the Board stating staff's <br /> recomendation for approval with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Proposed alignment of 1-40 be shown on the final plat <br /> and that such alignment be labeled "Proposed alignment of <br /> 1-40." <br /> 2. All lots North of the Northern Boundary of the street <br /> to be served by community water and septic tanks; any- <br /> thing that falls in the corridor or the northern border <br /> line and South of I-ro will be served by OWASA (Water and sewer) <br /> 3. Sewer drainage and utility easements be dedicated as <br /> required by the Orange County Zoning Officer in consultation <br /> with the Chapel Hill Town Engineer and OWASA. <br /> 4. Private water system shall be constructed to OWASA standards <br /> 5. All electric lines serving the development be placed <br /> underground. This condition does not affect the existing <br />
