Freeland — Minor Subdivision <br /> •■•■••■■••■••■■ •■•111 <br /> This case was referred to the Planning Board for their consideration <br /> at the April 21, 1981 meeting of the Planning Board. <br /> The Planning Board recommends: Approval. <br /> THE FOLIAWING FROM THE MUTES OF 4-21-81 <br /> Item #6 Kirk presented the minor subdivision for the property of J. <br /> J. Freeland. The staffreccarends1 approval with a Class A <br /> road being constructed across the frcntage of the four lots <br /> located off of Faucet Mill Rd. This minor is in the Hillsborougt <br /> zoning Jurisdiction. This minor is on a public non-state <br /> maintained road. The County Commissioners asked that the <br /> Planning Board review and recommend requirements until the <br /> County Commissioners set a policy which requires this for <br /> subdivisions which were on a non-state maintained road. <br /> Wilson'moved approval with staff's reccnmendations and Irvin <br /> seconded. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
