Cattis, County Manager <br /> FROM: Orange County Planning Department <br /> DATE: April 24, 1981 <br /> RE: Planning Board recommendation on Fox Run • <br /> This case was referred to the Planning Board for their consideration <br /> at the April 21, 1981 meeting of the Planning Board. <br /> The Planning Board recommends: Approval.with the following condition — <br /> The portion of Quail Hollow Drive located in Section 2 be constructed and <br /> paved to North Carolina Department of Transportation current standards along <br /> with the new portion. <br /> THE FOLLOWING FROM THE MINUTES OF II-21-81 <br /> Item #5 Kirk presented the preliminary plat for Fox Bun, Section 8. <br /> Staff recommended approval with the condition that the <br /> portion of Quail Hollow Dr. located in Section 2 be <br /> constructed and paved to NCWT current standards along with <br /> the new portion. The plat has health department approval. <br /> Staff will check on fire districts prior to the final plat <br /> submittal. Cleary moved approval and Shanklin seconded with <br /> paving requirements, Notion carried unanimously. <br /> _ . . . . <br />
