Freeland - Minor Subdivision <br /> - ---- <br /> This case was referred to the Planning Board for their consideration <br /> at the April 21, 1981 meeting of the Planning Board. <br /> - The Planning Board recommends: Approval. <br /> • <br /> THE FOLUMING FEC THE MINUTES OF 4-21-81 <br /> Item #6 Kirk presented the minor subdivision for the property of J. <br /> J. Freeland. The staffreammends approval with a Class A <br /> road being constructed across the frontage of the four lots <br /> located off of Faucet Mill Rd. This minor is in the Hillsborough <br /> zoning jurisdiction. This minor is on a public non-state <br /> maintained road. The County Commissioners asked that the <br /> Planning Board review and recommend requirements until the <br /> County Commissioners set a policy which requires this for <br /> subdivisions which were on a non-state maintained road. <br /> Wilson'moved approval with staff's recomaendations and Irvin <br /> seconded. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> . . <br />
