A. The Council respectfully recommends that Mr' Ralph McCallister and Mrs. June Allcot be reappointed to served terms on the Council. B. The Council respectfully recommends that the resignation of Mrs. Karol Schoenbaum (On file with the Clerk) be accepted and an appropriate replacement be named. C. The Council regrets tntinform the Commission that due to his involvement in other civic activities Mr. Paul McAllister has made it known that he is content to have his term expire without reappointment. In light of this the Council recommends that an appropriate replace- ment be named. Further the Council suggests that a suitable replacement for Mr. McAllister may be found in the person of Ms. Ruth Burnett, who to the Council 's knowledge is the Orange County nominee to the Capital Health systems Agency Board. Her dual membership would facilitate the Council 's charge to establish close relations with the HSA as well as improve the accountability of the County representation.
