You will recall, the Board approved the Preliminary <br /> Assessment Rolls for these roads on February 19, 1981; due to a^` <br /> staff error, the wrong forms were mailed to the affected persons. <br /> I know the Orange County Schools are scheduled to meet with the <br /> Board of Commissioners on May 19; however, I do not anticipate any <br /> conflict with this date. May 19 was suggested after study of the <br /> calendar, schedules, newspaper deadlines for legal advertisement, <br /> and consideration of time needed to process the necessary paper- <br /> work. Part of this paperwork has already been completed. <br />
