Sec. 17. The Board of County Commissioners may, as <br /> part of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision <br /> Regulations or Planning Code, provide for the reservation of <br /> residential housing units in number proportionate to the <br /> housing needs in Orange County for low and moderate income <br /> families and include provisions for the purchase of units or <br /> rent payments subsidized by private or public funds. <br /> Sec. 18. Zoning.
