IV-B-1 Lot Standards <br /> The minimum lot size shall be determined by the waste disposal and <br /> water supply system, and shall comply with the appropriate Zoning Ordinance <br /> where applicable. <br /> a) Lots served by.on site sewage disposal and water systems shall be <br /> at least 40,000 square feet. <br /> b) Lots served by public or community water and sewer shall comply <br /> with the appropriate Zoning Ordinance. <br /> c) Lots served by public or community water and sewer that are not <br /> governed by a Zoning Ordinance shall be at least 15,000 square <br /> feet. <br />
