This secures <br /> citizen participation in the CIP process. <br /> Administrative review of capital project and outlay requests. This <br /> review is carried out by the manager and his staff, and it entails <br /> an assessment of CIP requests in terms of technical feasibility, <br /> funding sources, project interrelationships, and relative priority ox <br /> need among the requests.
