That:-.the number, location and installation of fire hydrants be approved <br /> by OWASA in consultation with the Orange County Zoning Officer and Chapel <br /> Hill Town Engineer- A plan for such improvements shall be approved prior <br /> to approval of the final plat. . <br /> 13. That ma proposed street names (public or private) duplicate or be similar <br /> to existing street names within Orange County. <br /> , <br /> 14. That the detailed plans and profiles of all streets shall be approved 1y <br /> the N.C. Department of Transportation and the Chapel Hill Town Engineer <br /> prior to issuance of a grading permit, building permit and prior to the <br /> start of any street constrUCtion. <br /> 15. That prior to paving streets, utility lines and laterals shall be installed- <br /> and stubbed-out to each lot. A letter from the owner or owners represent- <br /> ative <br /> shall be presented to the Orange County Zoning Officer prior to <br /> paving any street certifying that all, utilities are in place. <br /> _16. That access to lot 77 shall be by Brentwood Road only. A minimum one <br /> - <br /> wide ship of permanent open space shall be dedicated along the entire:; <br /> frontage of the subdivision with Weaver Dairy Road, except on the ROW <br /> mentioned in *2 above. <br /> 17.
