That Fairfield Court and Sedgefield Court be connected to form a <br /> loop street <br /> 2. That Brentwood Road be made a Cul-de-sac street with no connection <br /> [ <br /> to Weaver Dairy Road with a publically dedicated ROW shown on the <br /> plat to Weaver Dairy Road. <br /> 3. That SedgewOod Road not be extended to connect with NC 86 and be <br /> made a cul-de-sac street but with a publically dedicated ROW shown <br /> on the plat to NC 86. <br /> 1 <br /> 4, That the proposed alignment of 1-40 be shown to on the final plat <br /> - - and that such alignment be labeled "Proposed alignment of Interstate- <br /> - 40." <br /> 5. That all lots within the !drainage basin of Eastwood Lake and all <br /> lots which can be served by-gravity sewer be serviced by the OWASA <br /> sewer system. <br /> 6. That sewer, drainage, and utility easements be dedicated as regdired <br /> by the Orange County Zoning Officer in consultation with the Chapel <br /> Hill Town Engineer and OWASA. <br /> 7.. That the subdivision be served by the OWASA water system and be built <br /> to the standards of OWASA. If this is not possible then the private <br /> water system shall be constructed to OWASA standards. <br /> S. That all electric lines serving the development be placed underground. <br /> This condition does nat affect the existing Duke Power transmission <br /> line crossing the property. <br /> f ' <br /> 9. That a revised site plan incorporating all the above conditions be sub- <br /> , <br /> mitted to the Orange County Planning Department and the Chapel Hill <br /> Planning Department prior to submission of an application for final plat <br /> approval. <br /> 10. That all lots connecting onto the sanitary sewer system be serviced by <br /> gravity flow. Except as approved by OWASA in consultation with the <br /> Orange County Zoning Officer and the Chapel Hill Town Manager indivi- <br /> dual pumps for each lot shall not be permitted. <br /> II. That a drainage plan with detailed topographic information be submitted <br />
