A plan for such improvements shall be approved prior to approval <br /> of the final plat. <br /> 12. No proposed street names (public or private) duplicate or be similar to <br /> existing street names within Orange County. <br /> 13. The detailed plans with profiles of all streets shall be approved by <br /> North Carolina Department of Transportation and Chapel Hill Town Engineer <br /> prior to issuance of grading or building permits and prior to the start of <br /> any street construction. <br /> 14. Prior to paving streets, utility lines and laterals shall be installed <br /> and stubbed-out to each lot. A letter from the owners representative shall <br /> be presented to the Orange County Zoning Officer prior to paving any street <br /> certifying that all utilities are in place. <br /> 15. Access to lot 77 shall be by Brentwood Road only. A minimum 1 foot <br /> wide strip of permanent open space shall be dedicated along the entire frontage <br /> of the subdivision with Weaver Dairy Road, except on the right of way mentioned <br /> number 2 above. <br /> IG. An additional 15 feet of right of way shall be dedicated along the pro- <br /> perty frontage on the North side of Weaver Dairy Road. <br /> 17. Lots 77-79 will be eliminated. There is no Brentwood Road. Lots 80 and <br /> 81 will be turned around on front to Sedgewood Road. <br />
