The Planning Board recommends a policy concerning road construction <br /> and maintenance requirements in proposed subdivisions that will be <br /> situated on existing public roads that are not State maintained. <br /> 6. The Manager submits tentative budgets for the County's Social Ser- <br /> vice and Health Departmentisand the Child Support Enforcement Agency <br /> for tentative Board endorsement as required by State regulations. <br /> 7. The Manager's Report. <br /> 8. Will the Board call for a study to redefine the service area of <br /> the County's Fire Districts? <br /> 9. The Department of Transportation recommends addition of Wisteria <br /> Drive in Birchwood Estates to the State Secondary Road System. <br /> 10. The Board will fix a date to review its Capital Improvement Program. <br /> 11. The Planning Board recommends : <br /> A. Amendment to Section IV-B-1 of the County Subdivision Ordinance <br />
