The Department of Transportation will review a proposed Secondary <br /> Road Program for Fiscal Year 1981-1982. <br /> 2. Will the Board of Commissioners endorse the Secondary Road Improve- <br /> ment Program proposed by the Department of Transportation? <br /> THE MEETING WILL MOVE TO THE COMMISSIONERS ' ROOM <br /> ORANGE COUNTY COURTHOUSE <br /> 3. Does any Board member desire to modify this agenda? <br /> 4. Does any member of the audience desire to comment about: <br /> A. Matters on this agenda? <br /> B. Matters not on this agenda? <br /> 5. The Clerk submits Minutes of meetings held March 2 and March 16, <br /> 1981, for Board consideration. <br /> 6. Representatives of the Joppa Oaks Homeowners Association will add- <br /> ress the Board concerning: <br /> A. The lack of fire hydrants in their community; <br /> B. A leash law in Orange County for dogs. <br /> 7. The Manager recommends approval of an amendment to the Section 8 <br /> Existing Contributions Contract that awards 37 additional units <br /> to the Orange County program. <br /> 8.
