11. The Planning Board recommends the Board of Commissioners approve <br /> Jamasa Subdivision with planning staff recommendations. Mr. Cyrus <br /> Hogue will speak. <br /> 12. Consideration of a proposed schedule of fees for certain planning, <br /> subdivision, sedimentation and erosion control services. <br /> 13. The Department of Transportation recommends the addition of <br /> Arboretum Drive to the Secondary road system. <br /> 14. The Finance Director will report to the Board regarding the effect <br /> on the budget for all departments should the Board approve an <br /> increase in the reimbursement rate for County employees who use <br /> personal cars for County business. <br /> 15. The Manager recommends the Board approve a Capital Projects Ordinance <br /> that will enable the Board to execute a contract for Construction <br /> and Renovation of the County Jail , to finance certain alterations <br /> to existing buildings and the acquisition of certain equipment. <br /> 16. Appointments: <br /> A. One vacancy exists on the Energy Commission. <br /> B. Cheeks Township seat on Recreation Advisory Council . <br /> C. Some persons have expressed an interest in being reappointed. <br /> 17. Executive session to consider personnel matters. <br />
