Designate all UNC lands (around University Lake, etc.) as PID lands. <br /> Reason: To bring Map iuto correspondence with draft policy 1.1 and policy <br /> statement (4) in the Chapel Hill Township Land Use Plan Component. <br /> 2. Indicate the proposed 1-40 interchanges located at the intersections of <br /> proposed I-40 and NC 86, New Hope Church Road, Old NC 86 and I-85. <br /> Reason: For informational purposes. <br /> 3. Extend the Twenty Year Transition area to NC 1727 at the NE corner of the <br /> transition area south of the Duke Forest tracts. <br /> Reason: To be in conformance with treatment of other Duke Forest tracts <br /> along NC 1727. <br /> BINGHAM TOWNSHIP <br /> 1. Move the BH-5 Rural Neighborhood Activity Node located at the intersection <br /> Oak Grove Church Road and Mt. Willing Road out of the proposed Cane Creek <br /> Watershed, and relocate the node at the intersection of Mebane Oaks Road <br /> (NC 1107) and Oak Grove Church 'Road (NC 1117) . <br /> Reason: TO he consistent with a policy for all other areas of Cane Creek <br /> watershed and University Lake watershed that activity nodes are inappro- <br /> priate. <br />
