If the <br /> minimum federal requirements are:followed, the only change necessary is <br /> to delete references to alluvial soils in the definition of floodway <br /> fringe. <br /> If additional flood protection measures are adopted, sections 4.3 (b) , <br /> (c) , and (d) would be deleted and floodway regulations would apply to <br /> all areas of special flood hazard. <br />
