AGREEMENT - <br /> This agreement, entered into this lit day of <br /> between Joint Orange Chatham Community Action , hereinafter <br /> "JOCCA" and Orange County on behalf of tbe,' Department on Aging, herei <br /> referred to as the County. <br /> The purpose of this agreement is to outline the conditions <br /> JOCCA and the County will cooperatively under <br /> County Senior Citizens and hereby formallyoagreetwithpeachtofnthe Ora <br /> l <br /> 01 <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOCCA <br /> 1 . To lease three mini-buses X12-15 <br /> Senior Citizen transportation for CedaraGrove, Efland and totherurural� <br /> limiting use to a maximum of 60 miles per day per van. <br /> 2. To provide gas , insurance , vehicle maintenance for the JOCCA lea <br /> 3. To schedule a part time driver leas <br /> river for the van to be used in the Efla <br /> 4. To provide an emergency back up van if one of JOCCA's <br /> not available, leased vans <br /> 5. To provide a large bus for special trips or outings for senior <br /> 6. To submit an invoice to the Count c� } <br /> month indicating total miles driven the no later ontn the twentieth of <br /> previous month . <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COUNTY <br /> - <br /> 1. To provide four part time van drivers plus back u <br /> emergency. up driver in case <br /> , <br /> • <br /> 2.
