WIC program of Orange Chatham Comprehensive Health Center--for nutr tion Counseling, certification for food staples as eligible. 4. Agricultural Extension Service--for nutrition and home economist services to OCHD clients. 5. American Cancer Society—for educational materials (especially anti smoking promotions). 6.
