This fee schedule also replaces the one <br /> adopted by the Third Party Reimbursement Committee in October, 1979, and <br /> distributed with the Title XIX Memorandum of Understanding. The nominal <br /> charge of 15% applies only to family planning clinics. Also, patient <br /> fees should' not be collected frqm teenagers in family planning. <br /> The changes in the fee schedule are based on the latest state median <br /> income levels that are compatible with Title XX eligibility levels.
