Section X. Hold Harmless . <br /> Alert Cable T.V. of North Carolina , Inc. , its <br /> successors and assigns, shall indemnify and save harmle: <br /> Orange County, its officers and employees , from and aga <br /> any and all claims , demands, actions, suits, and proceec <br /> by others , and against all liability to others , arising <br /> any act or omission of Alert Cable T.V. of North Carolir <br /> Inc. , its successors and assigns and the officers , emplo <br /> or agents of either as applicable, in the exercise or <br /> enjoyment of its franchise , including but not limited to <br /> liability for damages by reason of or arising out of any <br /> failure of Alert Cable T.V. of North Carolina , Inc. to s, <br /> consents from the owners, authorized distributors or lic' <br /> of programs to be delivered by Alert Cable T.V. of North <br /> Carolina, Inc. 'S cable television system and against any <br /> cost , expense and damage resulting therefrom, including <br /> attorney's fees. <br /> Section XI . Remuneration to County. <br /> Orange County shall be entitled to remuneration <br /> Alert Cable T.V. of North Carolina, Inc. as provided in <br /> Section XIII of the Orange County Cable Television System <br /> Ordinance for its system and service in the unincorporatec <br /> areas of Orange County. <br /> Section XII . Rights Reserved to Orange County. <br /> All rights reserved to Orange County prescribed <br /> Section XIV of the Orange County Cable Television System <br /> Ordinance shall pertain to the granting of this franchise . <br /> Acceptance of this franchise shall be as nroe.,41,--; 4- n _ <br />
