Relocation of Facilities. <br /> In the event (at any time during the franchise period or <br /> extension thereof) Orange County or the North Carolina <br /> Department of Transportation , by reason of traffic condit <br /> public safety, street closing, or abandonment, highway or <br /> street construction , change or establish any street grade <br /> install sewers , drains, water pipes, power lines, signal <br /> lines , or any type of structure or improvement , Alert Cab <br /> T .V. of North Carolina, Inc. shall, at its expense, prote <br /> support , temporarily disconnect , relocate in the same stn <br /> or other place any of its properties, owned or leased, up( <br /> reasonable notice by the County or The North Carolina <br /> Department of Transportation. Neither the County nor The <br /> North Carolina Department of Transportation shall be liabl <br /> for any disturbance of Alert Cable T.V. of North Carolina, <br /> Inc. 's installat- inn <br />
