7 <br /> ?/tif■O2.01,.9 <br /> AGENDA ATTACWWNT 7 <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY CABLE TELEVISION <br /> SYSTEM ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained that the Board of Commissioners of <br /> Orange County hereby amend the Orange County Cable Television <br /> System Ordinance in the following respects: <br /> Section XVIII. The third paragraph of subsection 3, as <br /> amended on November 24, 1980, is further amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> The authority granted by a pre-existing <br /> permitted use franchise shall be limited to <br /> providing cable television service to the homes <br /> connected to the CATV system and served on the date - <br /> of the expiration of an existing valid franchise or <br /> on November 24, 1980, whichever date is later, and <br /> to providing reasonable, ordinary maintenance of <br /> the CATV system in place on the applicable date. <br /> No such CATV system shall be extended. In all <br /> other respects the authority granted by the pre- <br /> existing permitted use franchise shall be as <br /> prescribed in Section XIII of the Orange County <br /> Cable Television System Ordinance. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the foregoing <br /> amendment to the Orange County Cable Television System <br /> Ordinance was adopted this the ,23— day of ..--1,6.4.14,..a.A.3 <br /> 1981. <br />
