Hillsborough Township Advisory Council <br /> January 8, 1981 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Bill Gaede requested several land use plan changes in his area: <br /> (1) Mountainview subdivision, (2) the intersection of St. Mary's and US <br /> 70, and (3) the residences along St. Mary's Road all to be changed from <br /> 20-year transition to rural, residential. Theqconcern is to keep out <br /> sewage and maintain the use of septic tanks. The Council voted to accept <br /> this request: <br /> - Bill Gaede moved the motion, seconded by Mr. Thompson, unanimous <br /> approval received. <br /> Next, there was a vote on a resolution to recommend to the Planning <br /> Board that they approve the Land Use Plan for Hillsborough Township. It <br /> reads as follows: <br /> The Hillsborough Township Advisory CounCil recommends to the Orange <br /> County Planning Board that they approve the Land Use Plan for <br /> Hillsborough Township with adopted modification and the preceding <br /> changes (as stated above). Bill Gaede made the motion, seconded <br /> by Brian Dodge, motion unanimously adopted. <br /> The Council feels a glossary for the Land Use Plan would be very <br /> helpful. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm. <br /> /le <br />
