S. Bennett, Dr. Alice Gordon, Dr. Logan Irvin, <br /> Dr. Stanley Bennett <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Jane Atwater, Fred Luce <br /> The Advisory Council convened at 730 p.m. in the New Hope <br /> Community Building. Mr. Luce reviewed the Township Land Use Plan. <br /> He also discussed the Residential Space needs for Chapel Hill Township. <br /> Mr. Luce presented and distributed the Zoning Application Chart. <br /> He discussed the Zoning District for Planning categories. <br /> Dr. Bennett suggested that residences in watershed zones should be <br /> limited to two acres per house instead of one, <br /> Next, Dr. Irvin moved to approve the Land Use Plan, Mrs. Bennett <br /> seconded. Unanimous approval received. The motion reads as follows: <br /> The Chapel Hill Township Advisory Council recommends <br /> to the Orange County Planning Board that they approve <br /> the Land Use Plan for Chapel Hill Township. <br /> Dr. Bennett stated that the Advisory Council should meet only when <br /> there was pertinent information to be reviewed. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 845 p.m. <br /> /sw <br />
