frtc - <br /> MINUTES <br /> Cheeks Township Advisory Council <br /> January 20, 1981 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Marvin Allison, Bill Dorsett, Ralph Edwards, Sim Efland, <br /> Sam English, Ben Lloyd <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Fred Luce <br /> Fred Luce reviewed the proposed Land Use Plan for Cheeks Township. <br /> The Plan was discussed including the protected watershed area and the <br /> possibility of sewering for Efland. <br /> The Advisory Council voted to approve the Plan for Cheeks with the <br /> provision that the Plan report state that the Hillsborough 201 Plan <br /> which shows a main sewer line to Efland should be followed. <br /> VOTE: Yes - Ben Lloyd, Sam English, Marvin Allison, Bill Dorsett, <br /> Sim Efland. <br /> No - Ralph Edwards <br /> /le <br />
