Laszlo secor <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #10 Staff suggested the Planning Board schedule additional meet <br /> dates in March. It was decided to wait until the first mee <br /> in March before scheduling any additional meetings. <br /> Staff indicated that they should have Articles 1-6 for the <br /> at the last meeting in February. The Board suggested that <br /> cut and paste this third draft rather than write an additio) <br /> memo. <br /> Agenda Item #11 Cleary feels that it is not the Planning Board's responsibi, <br /> to suggest lighting the parking lots, but the responsibility <br /> the County Manager. <br /> Kizer moved that the County get lights for the parking lots <br /> the courthouse. Motion carried 6 in favor, 2 opposed (Clear <br /> and Wilson) . <br /> Agenda Item #12 Staff does not feel it is appropriate to zone land for uses <br /> than residential if there is not an existing commercial stru <br /> Kizer moved that the Board not prezone any land. Shanklin <br /> seconded. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M. <br /> /le <br />
