Kizer stated that the February 10th minutes, page <br /> 2, 3rd paragraph should show Cleary and himself voted again <br /> the motion. In the same paragraph it should read, "three y <br /> to five years." <br /> Gordon stated page 2 paragraph I should be corrected.. to rea <br /> "Article 7.4.2 (page 7-4 of draft ordinance) The Board dec <br /> to state explicitly that there shall be adequate services <br /> including fire protection and police protection." The next <br /> paragraph should be "Article 7.4.4." <br /> At Gordon's request bottom of page 3 delete the last sentenl <br /> and add the next sentence on page 4 to the paragraph starti: <br /> with Article 7.15.10.3.b. Add "for Article 22" after the we <br /> "definition" in agenda item #5 third line to read, ", . 1: <br /> and a definition for Article 22 would be written to coincide <br /> Gordon asked that page 2 paragraph 6 be corrected to read, <br /> "Gordon raised questions about the definitions of open space <br /> Articles 22,5.6 and 22.5.7 and in Articles 22,6.5, 22.6.6, ar <br /> other LUI definitions. Staff indicated that they would char <br /> open space to yard space in Articles 22.5.6, 22.5.7 and simj <br /> cases." In the eightieth paragraph third .line':Gordon suggee <br /> add the word "industrial" between the words "word waste" and' <br /> delete the word "first" and put the word "third". On page <br /> the top add at the end of the first paragraph ". . . but the <br /> Board did not change the definition." <br /> Gordon suggested a paragraph be added to the end of page 3 t <br /> read, "Upon questions from Board members, Staff reaffirmed t <br /> intention to add and/or modify definitions of the following <br /> in Article 22: Land Use Plan, STOL-i-Heliports, Nobilp Home , <br /> Nursing Home. <br />
