Consideration of a petition filed by Johnie D. That Section IV-B-1 Lot Standards of the County Subdivision <br /> Ordinance be amended to read as follows: <br /> The minimum lot size shall be determined by the waste disposal <br /> and water supply system, and shall comply with the appropriate <br /> Zoning Ordinance where applicable. <br /> a) Lots served by on site sewage disposal and water systems <br /> shall be at least 40,000 square feet. <br /> b) Lots served by public or community water and sewer shall <br /> comply with the appropriate Zoning Ordinance. <br /> c) Lots served by public or community water and sewer that <br /> are not governed by a Zoning Ordinance shall be at least <br /> 15,000 square feet. <br /> START OF THE PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> 1.
