Consideration of a petition filed by Johnie D. Lucas to rezone from <br /> Residential to General Commercial 3.86 acres of land shown on Orange <br /> County Tax Map 24, as parcels 27 and 27B. <br /> 2. That Section IV-13-1 Lot Standards of the County Subdivision Ordinanc <br /> be amended to read as follows : <br /> The minimum lot size shall be determined by the waste disposal <br /> and water supply system, and shall comply with the appropriate Zonir <br /> Ordinance where applicable. <br /> a) Lots served by on site sewage disposal and water systems <br /> shall be at least 40,000 square feet/ <br /> b) Lots served by public or community water and sewer shall cor <br /> with the appropriate Zoning Ordinance. <br /> c) Lots served by public or community water and sewer that are <br /> not governed by a Zoning Ordinance shall be at least 15,000 <br /> square feet. <br />
