There are no environmental constraints caused by the presence <br /> of sensitive lands. The node is located within the triangle of the Sevenmile <br /> Creek watershed. Existing land uses consist of single-family houses. This <br /> node is not now served by water and sewer lines and should not he served during <br /> the time horizen of the Plan. Because this area is now residential in character <br /> the introduction of a new commercial us., (which should be limited to one small <br /> store) should be accomplished in way so as to not disrupt the surrounding <br /> residential area.
