Analysis and Evaluation: This node is located at the intersection of an <br /> arterial (NC 86) and a collector (Homestead Road) . Commercial uses exist <br /> in the area- No environmental constraints exist which would prevent <br /> commercial development. Sewer line extensions to this area will increase <br /> the scale and density levels of commercial development. Since this node is <br /> located in the 10-year Transition Area it is classified Commercial Transition. <br /> iLocation: Homestead Road, near Chapel Hill High School (CHT-3) <br /> Plan Category: .Commercial Transition (20-year) <br /> Analysis and Evaluation: This node is located at the intersection of two <br /> collectors. There are no environmental constraints. Because there are no <br /> ' major residential areas nearby, continued commercial or business development <br /> would be minimal . Future sewer line extensions will increase the potential <br /> for higher-density commercial development.
