This node currently has only limited <br /> community or comaercial type uses, hover it possesses locational attributes <br /> which make it a suitable Rural Community node. It is located at the intersec- <br /> tion of an important and well traveled east-west road and important north-south <br /> route. This location is near a area to the northeast of the node (between <br /> Orange Grove Road and Dodson's Crossroads South) that has been classified as Rural <br /> Residential. As this residential area develops it will have a need for support <br /> 1 <br /> services that could most appropriately be located at this node. <br /> Location: Old Greensboro Highway and Crawford Dairy Road (BH-3) <br /> Plan Category: Rural Camrrercial. <br /> Analysis and Evalnation: This node is located at the intersection of two <br /> collector roads. It was <br /> determined that this node would be a gond location for small scale limited <br /> commercial use, such as a single-small grocery store to serve residents of <br /> south-western Bingham, when and if a sufficient population density develops. <br /> Location: Orange Grove Road and Dodson's Crossroads North (BH-4) <br /> Plan Category: Rural Commercial <br /> Analysis and Evaluation: This node is located at the intersection of two <br /> collector roads. .Existing land uses include a comercial use, previously <br /> used as a leather shop and an auto parts store. It is located on the boundary <br /> of Cane Creek watershed. Its location in the northeast section of the <br /> Township means it can serve the residents in that area efficiently. <br />
