Our original JJDP Grant was to specifically fund r <br /> the salary of the Liaison Worker. The program's need for additional revenues for persc <br /> was partially met with the grant, but it did not cover the total funding need of the pr <br /> to eliminate a budget deficit and to offset drastically increasing operating expenses. <br /> Fiscal. Year 180-181, funding through the Division of Mental. Health is inadequate to mee <br /> operating expenses and to allow the program to be in compliance with State Residential <br /> Treatment Facility Standards.
