As between Orange County and <br /> Village Cable of Orange County, Inc., all actions herein re- ' ! <br /> quired to be performed shall be performed at the expense of <br /> Village Cable of Orange County, Inc. and Village Cable of <br /> Orange County, Inc. shall hold Orange County free and harmless <br /> from all damages or claims for damages arising from such <br /> actions of Village Cable of Orange County, Inc., including <br /> attorney's fees necessary to defend any such claim. <br /> Section VI. Ordinances Applicable. <br /> Village Cable of Orange County, Inc. shall be sub- •,. <br /> ject to all laws and ordinances relative to the use of all <br /> public facilities, relative to cable television systems and <br /> operations, and where appropriate, relative to planning <br /> ordinances, policies and procedures. <br /> Section VII. Location Maps. <br /> Village Cable of Orange County, Inc. agrees to <br /> maintain in the office of the Orange County Manager copies oF <br /> all maps showing the location of all wires, cables and other <br /> fixtures situated within the unincorporated areas of Orange <br /> County. <br /> Section VIII. Hold Harmless <br /> Village Cable of Orange County, Inc. , its successors <br /> • i <br /> and assigns, shall indemnify and save harmless, Oranie County, , <br /> its officers and employees, from and against any and all <br /> claims, demands, actions, suits, and proceedinqs by others, <br /> and against all liability to others, arising out of any act or <br /> omission of Village Cable of Orange County, Inc., its <br /> .
