AGENDA ATTACHMENT # 14 <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> 1981 NATIONAL CHILDREN'S DENTAL HEALTH MONTH <br /> WHEREAS: The future, is to a large measure, dependent on the <br /> good health of our children and youth, the citizens <br /> of tomorrow; and <br /> WHEREAS: good health, physical and mental , can be achieved <br /> through good health habits, learned early, now <br /> THEREFORE: I, Anne Barnes, Chair of the Orange County Commissioners, <br /> do hereby proclaim the month of February 1981 , as Children's <br /> Dental Health Month in Orange County and urge that all <br /> citizens and all community organizations join in the <br /> observance. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and <br /> caused the seal of the County of Orange <br /> to be affixed, this day of January, 1981 . <br /> (Signature) <br /> Chair <br />
