Michael Parker NORTH CAROLINA ORANGE COUNTY RESOLUTION A petition having been filed by Percy Ellis McLamb and wife, Ellen Mize McLamb, to close permanently a portion of a certain 30-foot extension of Hillside Lane, East of the intersec- tion of Hillside Lane and Short Street; said extension lying East of the Easternmost boundary of the right-of-way of Short Street as shown on Plat entitled "PART OF THE ROY CRAWFORD DEVELOPMENT", as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 155, Orange County Registry, said extension being approximately 30 feet on the western margin, 60.-feet on the southern margin, 30 feet on the eastern margin and 40 feet on the northern margin; and it appearing to the Board of Commissioners that said extension is not presently opened for vehicular traffic or other purpose; and it further appearing to the Board of Commissioners that all adjoining property owners have been given notice of the petition; and it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County that a public hearing should be called to determine if the closing of said street is contrary to the public interest or would deny any individual reasonable means of ingress and egress to his property. • NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Commissioner Don Wilhoit, duly seconded by Commissioner Richard Whitted, the following resolution was adopted by the following Commissioners voting Don Wilhoit, Richard Whitted, Anne Barnes, Norman Walker and Norman Gustaveson, • BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners intends to permanently close that portion of a GRANAlvi CHESHIRE certain 30-foot extension of Hillside Lane, East of the intersec- ATTOTINCYS AT LAW 100 N cHUATON STrttiCT tion of Hillside Lane and Short Street, said extension lying East isiu-sconauctt,tr c 27274 of the Easternmost boundary of the right-of-way to Short Street
