(See the Minutes of December 1QB0, for a ""^� of the Staff memorandum ` , — • detailing suggested changes,) • Article 7 'Commissioner Walker arrived during the discussion of Article 7. Mr. Polatty said there were no major changes in Article 7 as a re- , � | ' sult of the public hearing on November 24, 1980, and explained the Land -., Use Intensity Ratio system to the Board' | ' Article 8 Commissioner Gustaveson told Planning Staff the formula on page 89 of the Proposed Zoning Ordinance is incorrect (see the Minutes of November 24, 1980, for a copy of the Proposed Zoning Ordinance). � The Board directed planning staff to delete ��n� to the State Airport System Plan in the Proposed Zoning Ordinance. � Commissioner Whitted, citing Section 8.8.4 of the Proposed Zoning Ordinance, said the planning staff should eliminate the special use ra- . quirement for group homes. The Board directed the planning staff to obtain ? State laws pertaining to the numbers of persons who may be housed in a group home, half-way homes, etc. The Board felt the special use requirement � was discriminatory. �^ � � �.
